Return Policy

How to Return an Item:

Once you have read through the return policies, please call or fax the sales office. We will need the original invoice or purchase order number and the approximate purchase or ship date. We will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a return address.

Standard Return Policy- 30 Days

Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Blazer Mfg are covered by this Standard Return Policy. You may return the item(s) to us within a reasonable time of your purchase for a refund for any reason. Whether the product is not what you expected, you changed your mind, or you ordered incorrectly, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange or a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee, and freight charges are strictly non-refundable. To avoid a higher restocking fee, please make sure all items are package properly to avoid damage in return shipping. For more information regarding our freight refund policy, please refer to the Product Refunds section below. Items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a member of our Customer Service Department.

Special Order Policy- Non Returnable:

Blazer Mfg sells custom order items that are often times made to order and customized for a particular customer. Consequently items indicated as having this Special Order Return Policy are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items cannot be cancelled once in production. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs.

Product Refunds:

Once your return shipment has been received and approved, we will enter it in our system and automatically credit your original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing practices. If you have open terms with us then you will receive a credit memo to apply towards your next payment. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and Standard Return Policy requirements will be eligible for refunds. Blazer Mfg will deduct the restocking fee and does not refund shipping charges for returned items. Orders which qualified for our Free Shipping Promotion will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges. Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return freight fees and customs clearance charges. Refused/Undelivered Orders:

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means that all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from your product refund. Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to customs clearance charges on the return shipment. Blazer Mfg reserves the right to deduct the cost of these customs clearance charges, in addition to all freight charges, from your product refund.
