75mm thick aluminum, slotted anodized channel with broad stainless steel (rust proof) plates. Broad solid aluminum pedals are adjustable to 4 different angles. PVC pads on pedals. Pedals are 4 3/4″ wide x 6 1/2″ tall. Anchor pins and all-weather spikes included.
