Answer: Normal delivery time on custom is 4-5 weeks from receipt of order. Delivery on some styles may vary due to volumes at certain times. Current delivery times are available by calling customer service. All delivery times are determined from the date we receive the firm order.

Answer: Yes, contact customer service.

3. What temperature should I screen ripstop and antron?
Answer: We will be glad to provide your screener with sample material to test the temperature needed on their individual machine.

4. Can I order the stock jacket, Velocity in my school colors?
Answer: Yes, you can customize any jacket in your school colors with 4-5 week delivery time.

5. Are there back pockets in the pants?
Answer: No, there are 2 side pockets.

6. Can I get different color stripes on the Duo-Max?
Answer: No, we have white and gold available.

7. Can I get a collar or hood on all jackets?
Answer: Yes, most styles offer either option. Refer to the style page you are interested in for further details.

8. Can I get sizing samples sent?
Answer: Yes.
