General Information

Blazer® products are distributed by and sold through authorized sporting goods dealers. Factory personnel are available to answer product questions and provide information about your local dealer.

Products may be drop shipped from the factory at the dealer's request.

Shipping costs, pricing, return procedures and terms will be supplied by your local dealer.

The customer is obligated to inspect merchandise on receipt for damage and shortage. Notations of any shortage or damage to the merchandise or packaging must be made on the delivery receipt before signing it. All claims for defective or damaged work must be made by the customer to the appropriate shipping carrier and to Blazer within 10 days after receipt. Failure to do so shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the work and waiver of any defect, damage or shortage. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made directly against the carrier.

All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, 5 years on volleyball hard goods. Products are not guaranteed against misuse, accidental damage, abuse or improper care.

Products will be repaired or replaced at the expense of the manufacturer if determined to be defective in material or workmanship only. This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty of the product and no other warranty including warranty of fitness or merchantability is made or implied.
